New, Seasoned or ‘rusty’ players can register NOW Our season is September to May (excluding December). Rehearsals are on Mondays for beginners and on Wednesdays for all other levels, during daytime hours. We recommend New players start rehearsals in September but we are open to exceptions for people to join during the season.

This is a FREE event where you learn all about PNHB and the different instruments we play. Even if you don’t join PNHB, it is an entertaining and educational session at Living Hope Church, 1 Consumers Place, Peterborough, Ontario from 11:15am to 1pm. All are welcomed.
“Spring Winds” Concert
May 29, 2025
Come to our entertaining “Spring Winds” concert, Friday May 29 at 7pm. At Living Hope Church, 1 Consumers Place, Peterborough, Ontario. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $20, 10 and under free. Purchase tickets from band members or at the door (cash only). Non refundable. Food donations are being collected for the Kawartha Food Share. A portion of the proceeds will be shared with Community Care Peterborough.

Register for Summer Band
June 2026
Registration for SUMMER BAND is now open. This is not a PNHB ensemble so anyone may join. Registration deadline is May 1 2026.
Summer Band runs for 10 weeks on Tuesday mornings, starting in mid-June, at Free Methodist Church on Lansdowne St. East (across the street from Living Hope). This year we are offering two bands back-to-back on the same day.
You may register for one of the bands or both for a single fee of $75.00 (Information about payment will be sent out later)
Intermediate Band 9:00 – 10:30
Break 10:30 – 11:00
Advanced Band 11:00 – 12:30
This registration asks if you have your music from previous years or if you are new and need new music.
The music packages at rehearsal are ONLY for people who are new or for people who are playing a new instrument. i.e. anyone who has asked for new music in their registration form. There are no new pieces from last year.
